Début avril deux chefs d’états européens se sont exprimés à propos de la BRI. Les représentants de l’Autriche et des Pays-Bas en visite en Chine ont affiché leur volonté de développer leurs relations avec Beijing et se sont montrés très intéressés par la BRI.
